Your main duties in flying with us:
- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and layout and all assets related.
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
- Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements, and brand values
- Ensuring all brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
- Liasing between the marketing and design teams to ensure dealines are met
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
- Effectively communicate creative solutions while providing and accepting feedback regarding marketing projects
- Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality
- Bachelor of Visual Communication Design or related field
- 6+ years of experience as a Creative/Art Designer with leadership position is a bonus
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, expertise in social media visual
- Working experience with image design tools (e.g Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator)
- A keen eye for visual details
- Think strategically, creatively and problem solving
- Ability to meet deadline and collaborate with team members
- Detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects, at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Assist the creative manager in creating branding, marketing collateral and support other divisions
