You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of creative professionals. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing visual strategies, brand concepts, and marketing campaigns. Your expertise in branding, marketing, design, and your exceptional artistic taste will be instrumental in shaping our clients brand narratives and visual identities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers and videographers.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute creative strategies and concepts that align with client goals.
- Oversee the creation of brand identities, visual designs, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the creative, advertising, or branding industry.
- Expertise in branding, marketing, and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Exceptional artistic taste and the ability to provide creative direction that resonates with clients and their target audience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
