At least 2 year(s) of working experience in creative field or have an experience in the digital industry will be an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and confidence to engage people at all levels.
Have a great problem solving skills able to mediate issues and translate it into solutions.
Digital savvy. Good knowledge of common digital platforms; include and not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Proactive and have sense of urgency.
Good command in Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities
To handle creative business related activities based on business plan and revenue target, especially create strong IP/ programs.
Develop, present, and execute creative ideas/ proposals.
Create great contents for Artists (both Music & Entertainment) from planning, implementation, and evaluation in all digital platform, include and not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Coordinate with music label team, artist management team, production team & technical team.
