TikTok is looking for a Creative Trainer, focusing on TikTok fundamentals and comprehensive client support, to reach and teach more clients and brands. He or she will show the clients how to use TikTok in more creative ways and share the best practices through a set curriculum provided by the TikTok BCC team. The end goal is to boost their spending and engagement on our platform.
Facilitating 5 workshops per month initially.
Conducting face-to-face workshops at TikTok or client offices.
Participating in onboarding and rehearsals during the pilot phase.
Refreshing presentation decks using provided templates, customized for different client
verticals.
Leading a
- 5 to 2-hour workshop with Q&A, alongside the TikTok client team.
Collaborate with BCC, XFN partners, and internal teams to develop and deliver effective
Creative Training workshops on TikTok fundamentals.
Conduct engaging and comprehensive in-person workshops on various brand and creative
topics, including ad formats, creative trends, and campaign case studies.
Demonstrate the ability to articulate complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner.
Engage with marketing professionals and diverse audiences, to create interactive and
impactful learning experiences.
Convey TikTok's vision and values confidently and clearly to participants.
Shadow our team during several workshops to understand our training style and content.
Participate in rehearsals to refine delivery and presentation skills.
Engage in a feedback loop, contributing to and implementing suggestions for enhancing the
effectiveness of the sessions.
Commit to conducting sessions based on requests, with flexibility in scheduling to meet
organizational needs.
- Commitment & Payment Terms:
Receiving a monthly base pay for 5 workshops, with the option to extend based on demand.
An initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension if the arrangement is mutually
beneficial.

Well known and well received TikTok Creator with at least 200K followers with experience working with brands
have basic knowledge of marketing, good at public speaking, can engage a crowd, charismatic.
Proven experience in training, workshop facilitation, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and inspire a diverse range of participants.
Familiarity with TikTok and its functionalities.
Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Willingness to collaborate, adapt to feedback, and work independently as needed.
Flexibility to accommodate session requests
Passion for learning, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Job Type: Subcontract
Pay: Rp1,666.37 - Rp8,737.64 per month
