Opportunity
As a full-time on-site Creative Videographer located in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our brand image and video assets. You will be responsible for the entire video production process, from pre-production planning and scripting to shooting, editing, and post-production.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content that showcases our smart home products, solutions, and brand story across various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring all video content aligns with our brand identity and messaging
- Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning and scripting to shooting, editing, and post-production
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio recording devices, and editing software, ensuring optimal performance and quality
- Direct talent and crew members during filming sessions, providing clear guidance and creative direction to achieve desired outcomes
- Edit and enhance raw footage to create polished, engaging video content that effectively communicates our brand message and drives user engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our visual content strategy
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a videographer (new grads welcome to apply) with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects across different formats and platforms
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, as well as knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- Excellent storytelling and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling video narratives
- Strong technical proficiency in camera operation, lighting setup, sound recording, and other aspects of video production
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to push the boundaries of visual storytelling
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Passion for technology and an interest in the smart home industry is a plus
