Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Trainer at Waruna Shipping Group in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Crew Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for ship crews, implementing safety protocols, assessing crew performance, and providing feedback for continuous improvement. Additionally, the Crew Trainer will collaborate with other departments to enhance crew skills and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in crew training, safety protocols implementation, and performance assessment
• Knowledge of maritime industry regulations and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• STCW Certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or related field
