JOB SUMMARY :
CRM Intern will execute solutions focused on improving user engagement and retention for BukuWarung. CRM Intern will need to run effective and efficient campaigns that focus on scale while also improving the efficiency of the CAC & retention (or other quality metrics) across channels and different ad formats.
CRM Intern will work closely with the Creative Team, Product Team, and Data analysts to execute CRM campaigns, and improve metrics that help scale the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns. The role will execute campaigns on specific owned channels such as push notifications, WhatsApp, and also websites. The CRM Intern may also be involved in digital ads campaigns to orchestrate all digital channels in order to achieve the goal
This role will provide an opportunity to greatly impact BukuWarung's user growth story.
Key results indicators for this role are:
- Purchase from the digital channel
- Activated EDC from the digital channel
- EDC transaction from the digital channel
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Execute best practices for all campaigns for BukuWarung across multiple CRM channels
- Work with the data team on analyzing account performance to identify, recommend, and implement optimization techniques and strategies to meet business goals
- Identify, execute & track high-quality experiments with campaigns, creatives, and messaging with a strong data-backed approach.
- Coordinate with the creative team to get the right collateral executed & distributed through various channels.
- Support to run the execution of other owned channels such as website and in-app experience (for example in-app banner).
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
Education & Experience
- You have a Bachelor's Degree
- Prior to completing online digital marketing courses/bootcamp
- Marketing, System Information, or any related majors
- Prior experience internship in startup/tech companies (optional)
Technical Competencies
- Have good spreadsheet skills
- Understand digital marketing channels
