Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for improving customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure CRM alignment with business goals.
• Implement and optimize CRM processes and workflows.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
• Analytical mindset to interpret customer data and trends.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
