Responsibilities
CRM Specialist will be responsible to maximizing the efficiency of our CRM tools and analyze data to tweak multifaceted communications programs design to drive sales.
Job Descriptions
- Supporting the Wowrack's brand awareness and lead generation effort by developing and implementing email marketing strategy triggered across customer life-cycle
- Executing data mining requests that deliver database insights & monetization opportunities
- Analyzing existing customer behaviors to identify opportunities to increase retention and loyalty
- Support the implementation of automated journeys for multiple audiences to cultivate relationships and enhance communications with active and inactive prospects and customers
- Design, build, and refine workflows using the company platform that supports internal and external digital campaigns and ongoing requests from the business
- Customizing and pulling marketing reports from the CRM and analyzing them to determine the customer trends the business should respond to
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any major
- 2+ years of experience in managing CRM software (Zoho CRM is preferred)
- Able to collect, analyze, and visualize CRM data and customer journeys
- Proven experience in developing and implementing customer strategies and excellent knowledge of customer database systems
- Comfortable with writing, speaking, and presenting in English
- Exceptional quantitative/analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectives
- Proficient project management skills
- Experience in B2B businesses is a plus
- Willing to relocate to Surabaya
