Your day To Day
- Govern operation processes, systems and flows to interaction touchpoints, optimize interaction opportunity to identify customer need, expectation and propose improvement
- Monitor customer issue(s), perform comprehensive investigation to propose effective resolution in addressing customer issue for short term while analyze and define potential issue that might occur in long term
- Analyze customer care interaction data to obtain insight and learning for business owner and provide improvement opportunity proposal for impactful business objective
- Govern capacity planning and allocation for interaction touchpoints, monitor KPI achievement for operational customer care and prepare mitigation plan towards potential issue in process, system and flow
- Liaise with respected department, supply chain/finance/third parties to ensure impactful quality of service delivery towards customer needs or pain points
- Organize and facilitate reviews for customer care operation performance for internal customer care Department and business owner to ensure alignment for objective and strategy
- Deploy key activities from Global Toolbox and Market Initiatives, ensure excellence implementation and prepare frequent report and insight to business owner
- Govern the implementation of knowledge management, products and programs, to ensure the knowledge incorporated into framework and delivered to front liners in systematic process
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Communication, Management, Psychology
- Customer Experience, Corporate Service, Customer Care, Customer Relation, Marketing Communication
- English, proficient for verbal and non verbal
- Capability of analyzing data (including trend, forecast and potential issue determination) is a must
- Strong interest to business process to allow effective and efficient way or working is compulsory
- Able to work under pressure as CSC required multitasking deliverables, manage to apply speed of solving issue
- Independent, own problem solver mindset and able to asses risk before apply action
- Manage to identify opportunity to give impact to business beyond CSC
