Alterra Bills is looking for a Culture & Engagement Officer (Contract-based) to cover a maternity leave. This role is responsible for modeling the values and culture that we are building and supporting at Alterra Bills, also to deliver engaging employee experiences that create a connected, inclusive, aligned, and motivated employee base.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Employee Engagement Program:
Engage in planning for a variety of internal and external events to bring visibility and positive work environment to our employees and stakeholders.
Handle Town Hall, Annual Event (Outing, Anniversary), and Community Programs (Sports, Donations, Events) from planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the program.
Manage company events (e.g. Outing, Anniversary, Townhall, etc.) and community programs (Sports, Donation, etc.) from planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the program.
Handle Employee Anniversary and Birthday Greetings.
Analyze the effectiveness and employee experience for created programs, and use data findings to improve future culture and engagement programs.
Handle Employee Engagement Program budget implementation
Building a good relationship with vendors involves effective communication, timely payment, and collaboration.
Work with the Senior Management to systematically build out processes and procedures around employee satisfaction improvement.Employer Branding:
Define and monitor internal employer branding metrics and drive performance to meet organizational goals.
Translate company value proposition into attractive and interactive social media content.
Build and execute social media strategies to increase social media (LinkedIn and other potentials) engagement about Culture and Working at Alterra Bills.
Develop workable budgets, media, content, editorial plans, and realistic timetables for all campaign needs.
Measure the success of employer branding initiatives and each social media campaign by gathering the necessary social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices. Then, use that data to improve upcoming campaigns.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field. Preferably around Social, Communication, & Psychology fields.
Min. 3 years of experience in Culture and Engagement fields.
Familiar on handling employee engagement events/program
Proficient in employer branding and engagement development
Proficient in culture assessment gap and culture design
Good project management skills, high ownership
Comfortable doing data analysis
Have basic skills in create and edit content (photo/video/text)
The candidate must be willing to be hired on a contract basis for a 5-month maternity leave replacement.
