Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Help resolve basic technical issues or escalate more complex ones to the appropriate teams.
  • Provide follow-up to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Create, update, and track customer service tickets using the company's helpdesk or ticketing system.
  • Ensure tickets are properly categorized and prioritized
  • Collect feedback from customers regarding the quality of services received.
  • Assist in analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer service.

Requirements

  • Min. Education: Vocational High School with Major (IT or similar)
  • Willingness to work fully from the office during the internship period. (Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan)
  • Willing to work based on roster schedule (07.00 WIB - 16.00 WIB), (08.00 WIB - 17.00), (09.00 - 18.00)
  • Has good communication verbally and written
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, including network connectivity and system performance.
  • Cooperative, dependable, and willing to assist colleagues when needed.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and gain knowledge in ICT services and customer care processes.
