Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care representative at Aksoro in Yogyakarta. The Customer Care representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will use their analytical and communication skills to gather information, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions to customers. They will also collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
