As a Customer Demand Planning you will be reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Main Responsibilities
Manage Demand Planning process to ensure market demand well captured in the operation planning.
All issues and bottleneck in the order fulfillment is fully addressed, tracked, and getting solved.
Perform excellent inventory management to ensure order fulfillment with high delivery reliability and keep healthy inventory. In the job scope such as item planning review, product portfolio review, products slow moving & obsolescence review, inventory disposal, product offering to associate, etc.
Lead S&OP meeting involving Sales Managers, Production Managers, Technical Manager, Financial Controller, General Manager, and other function as needed.
Working closely with customer service and Logistic team to ensure timely order confirmation and delivery update to customers.
Provide weekly demand and supply update to key stake holder.
Ensure compliance to standard company EHS procedure
Established and maintain standard operating procedure in the job function to meet requirement ISO 2001: 2015 and ensuring job function perform as business direction.
Evolving and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for demand & supply planning processes and systems.
Perform KPI and reporting management
Actively initiate and or participate in the company improvement project.
Assigned as SAP super user on Planning function
Develop self and team member
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree Economic or Engineering
Minimum 5 years work experience in the demand planning function and other supply chain function
Fluency in English
Having extensive knowledge in the Demand Planning function, Inventory control, Order Processing, Product life cycle management, etc.
Having experience in SAP or Oracle
Having excellent communication skill
Having excellent skill on MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Having good EHS Knowledge in Chemical Industries
Strong leadership capability
Good communication and team building skills
