Customer Experience Officer

Placement in Alam Sutera (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and measure key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Design and implement customer feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups.
  • Train and educate staff on customer service best practices and standards.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or customer experience management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
