Customer Logistic Export Coordinator
The role is responsible for ensuring the availability of the goods, from the producing factory to the customers, and controlling related suppliers, processes and costs for transport and warehousing. In addition, the role is responsible for owning, facilitating, and the administration of local company sales forecasting and demand management for their respective customers/customer-segments. At the same time deliver the role as single point of contact in managing all Customer Service excellent to secure and support Sales target in country and cluster level in Central & East Asia market.
About the Role
Coordinates inbound/outbound flows to/from the warehouses delivering the local market.
Ensures the goods availability for customer orders, pilot the targeted stock level in coordination with Supply Chain.
Coordinates information and actions with Customer Service and Supply Chain in case of out of stocks situation.
Controls IDCs and external providers performance (warehousing and transport) via KPI reviews and inventories.
Analyzes service complaints from customers and ensures that corrective actions are implemented.
Depending on delegation, attends and supports tenders and negotiation, conducts studies & cost analysis.
Establishes monthly distribution costs and accruals, in coordination with controllers.
Checks invoices and relevant maintenance of master data and shipment costing tables in SAP
Ensures the respect of procedures for articles phase in/out, stocks & flows management with business partners and for invoice control.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and parameters in SAP Demand Planning (baseline, promotions, PIPO, on short and mid-term horizon)
Analyse forecasting performance (establishes monthly KPIs and analyzes gaps with S&M)
Prepare data and drive monthly Demand S&OP process (with local sales and marketing organization and in relation with Supply Chain)
Working closely with Commercial team for Forecast accuracy and S&OP management to secure company's target
