Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist located in Jakarta. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, customer support, and analytical skills. The Specialist will also be responsible for onboarding new clients, resolving customer issues, building customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for improvements.
