Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer located in Jakarta. The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for handling customer needs, managing customer accounts, contacting potential customer and make an appointment, and providing support to clients. The Customer Relations Officer will also be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring that customers needs are met, and meeting customer retention targets.

Analytical Skills and Customer Satisfaction strategy skills
Client Relations experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the customer service industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
