Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relations Officer at Greenwoods Group in Jimbaran - Bali. As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining client relations. This role involves close coordination with various teams within the organization to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• At least 1 year of experience in Property / Real Estate (Customer Service /Receptionist /Customer Relations)
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analytical skills to identify customer needs
• Experience in providing customer support
• Willing to be placed at Jimbaran Bali
