Job Responsibilities
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, enhancing customer loyalty, managing customer data and communications, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, tracking performance metrics, supporting business growth through cross-selling opportunities, and adapting strategies to meet changing customer needs, all while working onsite in Jakarta to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer loyalty.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
- Skilled in negotiation to maintain customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and identify their needs to enhance loyalty.Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic work setting.
- Basic skills in customer data analysis and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for managing and presenting data.
- Target-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for supporting business growth through excellent customer service.
- Preferred: Experience working abroad or with international clients, with an understanding of global business practices and cross-cultural communication.
- Willingness to work onsite in Jakarta.
