Job Description

Summary:

The CRM Specialist will manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring accurate and current records of accounts and contacts. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer needs to propose effective strategies, developing workflows to improve sales and marketing efficiency, conducting market research to provide strategic insights, and managing client communications promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with the UAE market. A degree in business or marketing and 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts and contacts in the CRM system.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Propose and implement new strategies to effectively address customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and deploy workflows to streamline sales and marketing processes, improving operational efficiency.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, analise competitor activities, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Client Relations: Manage and respond to client inquiries and follow-up emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in the UAE: Familiarity with the UAE market, including local business practices, cultural nuances, and customer behaviours, would be a significant advantage
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ability to efficiently manage and update customer records.
  • Strong analytical abilities to conduct market research, interpret data, and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven track record in proposing innovative solutions to address customer needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
