Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform outbound call with customers

Analyzing customer behavior.

Gathering information about customer complaints.

Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.

Negotiating with customers to retain business/services

Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.

  • Requirement:

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong conflict resolution skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy and patience.

Advanced organizational skills.
  • Remuneration:

Salary: RM2150 (Fixed)

Contract: 1 Month (19 August 2024 - 18 September 2024)

Working hour: 10:00am to 7:00pm (1 hour break)

Monday to Friday / Tuesday - Saturday

Off day: Saturday & Sunday / Sunday & Monday

Working location: Sunway Pinnacle (Beside Sunway Pyramid)

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: From RM2,
  • 00 per month

  • Early shift
* Rotational shift
