CUSTOMER EXPERT (TAGALOG SPEAKING, INDONESIA-BASED):
Mode of Employment: Permanent/FTE
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off)
Work Setup: Full-Time Onsite (100%)
Location: Yogyakarta, Indonesia
Note:
-The client is looking for candidates who can join ASAP.
-Visa and Airfare will be handled by the client.
-Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
-Night Shifts and Weekends/Public Holidays: All language speakers may work during these times, and a shifting allowance will apply.
They are looking for someone who can speak the following language aside from English:
For Thai speaking
For Tagalog speaking
For Vietnamese speaking
For Mandarin speaking (Min HSK 3)
For Japanese-speaking (JLPT N3)
Regarding the project:
-Vietnamese, Thai, Tagalog, and Mandarin speakers will work for a social media platform.
Below are the qualifications:
1.Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner.
2.Identifying customer needs
3.Providing the right solutions to customers
4.Keeping records of all customers satisfactions on the call center database
5.Meeting targets in terms of quality conversations.
6.Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
7.Speaks fluently in either of the following expertise:
Mandarin and English (Min HSK 3)
Tagalog and English
Vietnam and English
Thai and English
Japanese and English (JLPT N3)
8.Able to join soon / ASAP
