We are currently seeking a Customer Service assistant who will be based in Indonesia and will support the activities of our sales executives as well as the day-to-day work of the pre-sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Entry of projects, samples, and quotations (NAVISION)
- Entry of new prospects (NAVISION)
- Ensures regular and detailed customer follow-up
- Support during clients meetings
- Communicates feedback to sales executives from other departments (R&D, QC, sampling, etc.)
- Monitors the projects of sales executives
- Prepares samples, correspondence reports and pyramids for client visits or meetings
- Participates actively as key user to the meetings/projects
- Monitors the dispatch of the sampling and provide tracking details to the customer or sales executives
- Arranges the booking of shipments locally
- Manage accounts receivable
- Inventory of commercial supplies

Required Experience
- 3 years of minimum experience
- Experience in the fragrance sector is beneficial.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent proficiency in CRM
