Job Scope:

• To maintain customer database in relation to order processing, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and updated to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
  

• To manage customer expectations by maintaining regular communication with customers in the aspects of delivery of products.
  

• To coordinate and process customer complaint or service failures.
  

• To ensure smooth deliveries of products with transporter.
  
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
  
  Pay: RM1,600.00 per month
