A company engaged in the logistics of freight forwarding logistics, located in Senayan, Kebayoran Baru - South Jakarta. Looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Position: Customer Service Import

Requirements:

1. Previous customer service experience in logistics and/or Forwarding will be an advantage

2. Able to speak & written in English

3. Expert to work with Ms. Office especially Excel

4. High attention to details

5. Able to work both as a Team and individual with minimum supervision

6. Able to work effectively under pressure

7. Can handle pressure and high volume of customers

8. Have problem solving mindset

9. Proactive and communicative
