Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Officer for the Front of House at Celebrity Fitness 1Utama, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters the gym. You will handle inquiries, assist with membership services, and support the overall operations of the front desk.

Greet and Welcome Members and Guests

• Membership Services

Check-In and Access Control

Handle Customer Inquiries and ComplaintsAdministrative Duties

• Maintain Clean and Organized Front Desk Area

Promote Club Events and Activities

Support Health and Safety Compliance

• Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, or any field related.

Communication Skills: Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with members and guests. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Team Player: Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
