Customer Service Officer (Medan Branch)
Responsibilities:
- Carry out the account opening procedure
- Maintain and build good relationships with customers
- Managing customer data and administration
- Providing information about the company's products and services to customers
- Receive customer complaints
- Identify the cause of the problem from customers and provide appropriate responses
Requirements:
- A diploma degree or higher in any major, fresh graduates are welcome
- Has a WPPE or WPPE-P license
- Has an experience as a Customer Service Officer either in the Securities, Financial, or Banking industry is preferred
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
- An adaptable team player with solid interpersonal communication skills
- A computer savvy, responsible, and honest person
