Job Description

Gathers, inputs, and tracks sales data in computer system
  • Generates sales reports to create call sheet
Documenting calls and general office clerical duties
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly required targets
Responsible for customer service calls.55%
  • Responsible for processing various specialized orders
Manage internal database and identify leads through multiple sources

including but not limited to email, phone and direct mail campaigns
  • Follow up and qualify all incoming leads
Identify potential prospects and communicate to sales team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
