Provide timely support to customers throughout available communication channels (email, chat and call)
- Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels.
Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues by providing scripted guidance regarding basic customer inquiries.- Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
Work with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support.

- Experience in customer service area, min. fresh graduate (if FG must have internship and/or organizational experience) max. entry level
Fluent in English. English test (multiple choice + essay + conversation); the interview should be in full English- Smiling voice, good communication skills, service oriented
Tech savvy
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Passing minimum score of Excel Test (min score 25)
