Job Description

Role : Customer Service
  • Placement : Kab. Sleman, Yogyakarta
  • Status : Urgent
  • Responsibilities :
Provide timely support to customers throughout available communication channels (email, chat and call)
  • Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels.
Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues by providing scripted guidance regarding basic customer inquiries.
  • Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
Work with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support.
  • Qualifications :
Min D3 any major with min. GPA
  • 75
  • Experience in customer service area, min. fresh graduate (if FG must have internship and/or organizational experience) max. entry level
Fluent in English. English test (multiple choice + essay + conversation); the interview should be in full English
  • Smiling voice, good communication skills, service oriented
Tech savvy
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Passing minimum score of Excel Test (min score 25)
