Requirements
- Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read, and write (type) effectively in the native language or language in which services are to be provided
- Ability to converse, read, and write effectively in English is an added advantage
- Ability to multitask, detail-oriented and possess good problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues/queries and complaint handling
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A self-starter who can work independently and under minimal supervision
- Good computer skills including the ability to navigate and use multiple windows
- Prior experience in handling Social Media or familiar with Social Media
- Able to determine the problem/sentiment of each interaction and respond professionally
- Good typing speed & accuracy
- Excellent writing skills
Qualifications
- Possess at least 1-year relevant customer service experience
- At least High School Graduate
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Willing to work in a 24 hrs x 7 days shift work (including weekends and public holidays)
- Willing to work in the office at Yogyakarta
