Schoters is hiring for Student Priority (Customer Service) for placement in Yogyakarta (WFO)
Job Descriptions:
- Accompany priority students throughout their study abroad preparation journey
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with clients
- Proactively identify and address student needs and concerns
- Introduce new programs to priority students, demonstrating a keen understanding of their preferences
- Utilize sales skills to effectively upsell and promote additional programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma Degree (all major).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Required Skill(s): communication skills.
- Preferably have previous experience as Customer Service
