Customer Service Sales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist at IGN International based in Jakarta. You will be responsible for driving sales revenue and achieving targets. Identify and develop new relationships with our customers to build and maintain those relationships, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and or customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to write, speak, and present in English
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team
• Bachelor's degree in any field
