About the Assignment:
- Provide excellent service by providing analysis of agent quality and improvement
- Manage quality service by monitoring correct flow for agent validation
- Maintain good relationships and community-building efforts with our merchant and stakeholder
The Core Objectives:
- Monitor various corporate communication channels with timely and appropriate responses
- Collect and report for any technical or system issues while doing the audit
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as the team requires to improve overall business such as market research, service quality
audit, etc.
- Perform administrative tasks involving stack holder
Essential Experience / Criteria (Mandatory):
-Min D3 any major with GPA of 2,75
-Min Fresh grad and max 2 years in the data entry field
-Willing to work on the shifting schedule
-Have basic Excel Skill: accuracy using MS Excel
-Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
-Good analytical skill
-Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
-Fast response, effective and efficient in working
-Able to work within dynamic environment n
-Vaccinated min 2 Doses
-Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English
Desirable Experience / Criteria (Preferred):
- Experience in the customer service area
- Sense Of Urgency
- Support the agent improvement
