To continue our success story, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to primarily support our client portfolio. This role will need to focus on our customer experience and life-cycle and ensure that our customers are using Kredivo's platform effectively and maximizing on our robust features to guarantee they get the most value.
What you'll do :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B partners, and serve as the primary point of contact for the program, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports of partnership performance and project outcomes
Ensuring the health of the program (increasing transactions and minimizing risk) by conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Utilize data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize partnership outcomes
About you :
Bachelor's degree (preferred from Business / Management Graduate).
Minimum 5 years work experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
A big passion on engaging customers and expanding their use cases through our product.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. You need to be comfortable with data.
Has experience in process improvement and project management.
Has experience with process documentation, BRD and SOP Creation.
Has experience in working in multifunctional team.
Knowledge of methods of process mapping and design.
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
