Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with company offerings
- Monitor and analyze customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Lead customer success initiatives and projects to enhance client engagement and retention
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in customer success or a related field, preferably within E-Commerce or DTC
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
- Familiarity with CET time zone operations and flexibility to work 30-40 hours per week
