We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities :


Manage contracts, orders, and customer complaints with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide support to meet customer needs promptly and professionally.
Utilize Excel proficiently for data management and reporting.
Communicate clearly and effectively in both spoken and written English.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any major.
3-5 years of experience in the customer support field.
Experience working with SAP is essential.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
