Customer Support Officer

Placement in Alam Sutera (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of support interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of customer support processes and documentation.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
