OpiniQ is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our support team. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Respond to customer questions and assist with issues, providing consultation on company products
- Manage customer requests and tickets
- Work with the platform, including client account administration
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Clarify, or similar)
- Knowledge of monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or equivalents) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with technical documentation
- Willingness to work night shifts
- English level B2+
- Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach
- Understanding of customer service principles and methodologies
