  • Help provide information about Labamu Apps products
  • Offer Labamu apps products
  • Resolve customer problems and escalate to the relevant team

  • Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the digital industry is a plus
  • At least 6 months experience
