Hi there, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will handle inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Job Description:
- Handle inquiries and complaints through multiple channels and confirm their technical issues are resolved.
- Notify users of website maintenance or any occurring issues.
- Ensure user satisfaction by gathering feedback and providing solutions.
- Track major complaints and collaborate with the Customer Success Team to assist users efficiently.
- Communicate feature requests and efficient solutions with team members.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma degree from any field. A background in Business/Information Systems is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service, Customer Success, Helpdesk, or similar positions.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing tasks.
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
