Job Description

  • Conduct thorough verification of information provided by customers seeking to register for Amartha, ensuring all submitted data is accurate and legitimate
  • Make informed decisions regarding user registrations by meticulously approving or rejecting applications based on established criteria and guidelines
  • Ensure that all data submitted by users is not only accurate but also compliant with the specific terms and conditions set forth by Amartha, thereby maintaining the integrity of the registration process
  • Diligently assess user identification documents to effectively distinguish between genuine and fraudulent IDs, enhancing the security of our platform

Requirements


  • Min 6 month experience in contact center
  • Min education D3/S1 etc
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule, has experience in same role
  • Good communication
  • Have service willingness skills
  • Able to operate a computer well
  • Multitasking
  • Customer service oriented and attention to detail
