You will be one of the key influencers to shape the customer experience of our key customers. What your daily work looks like:
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Assist in the development of statistical models and algorithms
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators
- Present findings to internal teams in a clear and understandable manner
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data consistency and completeness
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to optimize database structures
- Create visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and presentations
- Utilize tools such as metabase for effective data visualization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analyst, preferably in IT/Technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong in custom querying, dashboarding and analysis (SQL, Google BigQuery, reporting & dashboarding tools like DataStudio/Metabase)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with F&B data and business processes
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Fluent in English both verbal and writing
- Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
