Collaboratively work with business analysts in defining business & technical requirements and specifications related to analytics
Design and develop scalable ETL packages from the business source systems
Performing raw data withdrawal or data that has been processed from the database needed for internal and external team analysis through BI tools or queries
Build and maintain dashboards that effectively communicate insights to drive business decision
Monitor and optimize dashboard/report performance and data refresh schedules, also perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data-related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues
Requirements
Possess experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles (2-3 years of experience)
Data processing and analytical skills with SQL programming language, and Python skills will be an advantage
Data visualization skills with visualization software or BI Tools such as Tableau, Looker, or POwer BO. Tableau skills more preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fast learner, self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Excellent communication skills to translate analytics and insight to audiences
Domain Expertise in business functions such as Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Finance will be an advantage
