The position will primarily be responsible for fueling facts-driven decision making at Mobile Internet, Transsion. This includes the entire gamut of market information, data analysis from basic descriptive data analysis. Storytelling is a key aspect of the role as the analytics will need to be connected to the business strategy and drive actionability.

You will be able to become the voice of the users by gathering key Insights and tracking our products performance across the markets in order to help key stakeholders to take better decisions and guide business strategies
You should be able to transform complex concepts and data from diverse sources into clear and accessible communication, combining both quantitative and qualitative research in data analysis, also integrating this information with business strategy.
The role will report to User Insights & Analytics lead and will work closely to define the SEA Insights & Analytics strategy.
Requirements:
Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills able to connect different sources of information to drive powerful Insights
Experienced in leading, designing and executing end-to-end user research projects, and interpreting a mix of qualitative and quantitative data, encompassing all phases of research along the product's lifecycle continuum, including U&A, segmentation, UX study, NPS and product lifecycle management activities.
Experienced in analyzing and interpreting a mix of qualitative and quantitative data
Understand mobile internet business, such as mobile gaming, social, content, tools, etc.
8+ years working experience in Market Research, User Research and Insights, Digital Experience, Data Analysis and Project Management.
4 years + work experience in mobile internet products.
3 years+ work experience with a market research/data analytics agency. (e.g. Kantar, Ipsos, Nielsen, etc.)
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with a multi-national team, and lead through influence to create alignment.
Ability to manage external agencies across SEA markets
Bachelors degree is required preferably in Marketing, psychology, industry design or engineering. MBA is a plus.
