Job Description:- Guide consumers and partners in using our products
Monitor various company communication channels including call center, social media, web inquiries, etc., and respond appropriately in a timely manner- Gather feedback from consumers and partners, observe front-line issues such as booking cancellation reasons, etc.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business such as market research, service quality audit, etc.

- Min Fresh graduate and max 2 years in the same position (entry-level)
Willing to work in the shifting schedule- Experience in the customer service area
Able to set a friendly tone (Smiling Voice)
- Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
Able to operate Excel (Basic calculation, Quick calculation with Autosum, Simple data automation in cells, Format numbers, Create a table, Using manual function, Combine 2 columns or rows)
