Help to identify and monitor the processing of Personal Data by activities in the company
Monitor and ensure the implementation of internal and external provisions related to the protection of Personal Data.
Contribute to conduct and monitor the Risk Management Activities regarding Data Privacy including the Privacy Impact Analysis (PIA) and Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) on corporate or 3rd party processes
Develop Policy, Standards, Procedure and to provide input for improvement or adjustment to management policies in internal policies related to the processing of Customer Data so as to minimize risks and in accordance with applicable regulations
Providing assistance and actively coordinate with other work units to carry out activities related to coordination and resolution of problems related to Data Privacy
Involve in the identification and implementation monitoring of technology controls for the Data Privacy so that it is sufficient to ensure the Data Protection requirements
Help to identify the appropriate data classification based on its sensitivity, and review data extraction or data sharing requests with third parties
Involved in the development or awareness or training program related to Data Privacy, to enhance Culture of Privacy within the company
Qualifications :
BS or MS degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, engineering, legal, or related study
Previous experience in data privacy and/or protection field, legal, security and/or risk management is preferable
Exposure of the Data Privacy and Protection projects, knowledge, training or certification would be an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good understanding on the GDPR and the Indonesian PDP Law
Able to collaborate with various teams; IT security, compliance and business unit teams
Good analytical skills, diligent, proactive, collaborative, organized
Able to work independently and demonstrated critical thinking.
