Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
Data Architecture: Define and maintain the organization's data architecture, including data models, data flows, and data integration strategies
Data Analytics: Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to identify data-driven insights and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of data professionals, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, business units, and executive management, to understand data requirements and provide data management support.
Technology Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with emerging data management technologies and tools, and assess their potential benefits and suitability for the organization
Requirements:
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information management, or data science
Min 10 years of experience in relevant fields
Certifications: Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements, such as GDPR or CCPA
Skills/Capability: knowledge of current IT development technologies, Leadership, Problem solving, strong analytics, Communication, Business acumen.
Worked on multiple database technologies like Oracle, Greenplum, Postgres SQL, SQL, ETL, Unix shell, My sql, or cloud based datawarehouse such as big query, snowflake, etc
Knowledge on Unix platform for scripting
Experience in data processing and analytic platform
Experience in analysing business data and able to deliver the summary
Understand the data modelling and feature enrichment
