Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Dealers implemented the flow process of Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI)
  • Implement and supervise the SSI program to be adopted by all dealerships
  • Utilize the digital platform by HQ in implementing the SSI at Hyundai dealerships
  • Analyze the SSI result and report to internal in HMID
  • Coordinate with Dealer and internal regarding issues arises on SSI
  • Conducting regular training related to customer satisfaction to PIC Dealers.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding regarding sales process in automotive industry
  • Good understanding in customer satisfaction survey: maintain, monitor, evaluate the result
  • Good interpersonal skills.
