Job Description
As the Dealer Trainer Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the knowledge and skills of our dealership network across Indonesia. Your primary responsibility is to assist in designing, implementing, and managing training programs for dealership staff, focusing on both sales and after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and modules tailored for sales teams at Mazda dealerships.
- Deliver in-person and online training sessions to dealership staff to improve product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content based on feedback and dealership performance.
- Collaborate with the Mazda Indonesia team to ensure consistent and high-quality training programs that align with the brand's standards.
- Stay updated on new automotive trends, Mazda product features, and technologies to integrate them into training sessions.
- Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to enhance dealership team dynamics.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealership managers and staff, acting as a point of contact for training-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive training or a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Passionate about the automotive industry, especially Mazda, with a strong understanding of the brand's values and products.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, preferably with experience in dealership environments.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
